After the eclipse, Bec and I were dropped off on Dominica, a commonwealth sovereign island state, while the hardcore sailors headed out to sea. Despite the England cricket team getting thoroughly thrashed by the West Indies while we were there, we had a wonderful time exploring the tropical rainforests...... and had the most gruelling hike of our lives, the six hour trek to the Boiling Lake!
